VERMILION REGIONAL AIRPORT REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL
Project name: AIRFIELD MARKING & STRIPING
PROPOSAL DUE DATE: MAY 1, 2023
REQUIRED DATE OF COMPLETION: AUGUST 15, 2023
PROPOSAL SUBMITTAL VIA EMAIL TO: manager@vrairport.com
SCOPE OF WORK:
a. ALL airfield runways, ramps, aprons and taxiways markings are to be painted and striped per the attached drawing and compliance notations.
b. Provision is make to provide bids by airport section per the drawing.
c. All markings and striping are to be FAA Standard as stated in the attached drawing.
Vermilion Regional Airport is the payer for this project. IDOT Aeronautics has approved this specification which has been provided by CMT Engineers of Springfield, IL.
A site visit is required to ensure the details of the work and agreement on process with Airport Manager.
All Vermilion County contracting and procurement requirements must be understood and contractor in compliance.
